Villa MaLiNa I
MaLiNa I is a semi-detached villa consisting of two rooms, each with a separate entrance area and its own semi-open bathroom. The villa can accommodate 4 adults. An extra bed for small children can be added if required.
Rooms MaLiNa I
The rooms are about 18 m² in size and equipped with a large king-size bed (1.8m x 2m). The roof is insulated against heat with aluminium foil and has air conditioning to ensure a comfortable sleeping environment. Alternatively, a large ceiling fan can provide ventilation. Each room has a large closet with room safe.
Bathroom MaLiNa I
The bathroom is semi-open, with a marble washbasin, a shower and a seated toilet including a toilet shower.
Villa MaLiNa II
MaLiNa II is a villa of around 100m² and has two bedrooms, two terraces, a living room, a study and a large semi-open bathroom.
Big bedroom MaLiNa II
The large bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and air conditioning.
Pool
The 8m x 4m and 1.25m deep pool has an additional 2m x 2.5m and 75cm deep area for toddlers. The pool is secured by a fence, so there is no risk of small children going into the pool unsupervised.
Garden
The property is 1500m² in total and has a beautiful garden with lots of grass, plants and flowers.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a granite worktop. There is another sink and a hob in the outside area. The kitchen can be used by arrangement, as long as it is not needed for the staff to prepare breakfast.
The sea
The sea is 150 meters away and suitable for swimming depending on weather conditions. The beach consists of larger pebbles. In the evenings, Balinese come here to fish, swim and socialize.
